F1和F2同时办理的问题--更新

各位筒子，打算携带准老婆一起出去，对于签证有些疑问，请教各位
两人背景如下：
男，毕业工作一年，外企在职，已有户口，目前全奖university of Colorado Boulder, computer science，免学费，fellowship+Ta,均是一年，2万刀多点
女，刚毕业，在北京找到工作，4月份可入职，
结婚证打算近期去办（之前户口没下来，一直拖着），如果我办理F1，老婆办理F2过去陪读，有几个疑问
1、陪读是否需要学校出示材料
2、奖学金是否可以cover生活费用，是否需要财产证明
3、签证是分开签，还是一起，成功率如何
4、过去之后，老婆可以读书，或者在那边找工作吗
本人小白，希望有类似经历的筒子们多给意见，早点准备，争取双飞，也祝大家都有好的offer.

经过几天在论坛里查找和筒子们的回答，外加小蜜的回复，有了些进展，也在这里，也许能帮助有同样疑问的人吧。
1、配偶的F2同样需要学校的I-20
2、奖学金即使可以cover配偶的一部分或者全部生活费用，学校还是需要出示财产证明才给I-20，具体数额问学校小蜜
3、签证携签和分开前都可以，一起出去的话，看着携签的比例比较高
4、配偶过去后，不能读书或者工作，可以自己准备申请学校，正常的途径是F2--F1--H1B
5、财产证明可以活期，可以定期，可以是自己的或者双方父母，在你开始入学前一年之内存入就可以。由于没有办过存款证明，我的理解是可以4或5月份存入，冻结3个月，等到美国开学时候可以解冻使用就可以，不知道理解的对不对，还请办过的同学解释一下。

with regard to the bank statement, as long as the person providing the support is willing to complete the “affidavit of support” on the second page of the financial statement, it can be in that person’s name (it does not need to be a bank statement from you or your wife’s account). The money may be in a current or fixed deposit, so long as there are no restrictions on it being “cashed out” (i.e., as long as you could have access to the money as needed without having to wait for a certain period or amount of time to pass). We need to “see” the money in order to issue your wife the dependent I-20 for her to apply for an F-2 visa; the bank statement “showing” the money needs to be dated within a year of the start of your studies. I would encourage you to retain the original of this bank statement, as the visa officer will review it as well.
