报个offer，问一些问题

四月中旬就面试结束了，教授对我比较满意，但是告诉我要等1-2个月funding才下来，等啊等。
早上接到funding下来的通知，offer也收到了。
Therefore, your total annual funding in your first year will be $25,300 (including the second TAship that you must be qualified for). You will pay yourtuition out of this salary.
有funding是很开心的，但是后面一句要交学费有点黑啊。加拿大的offer都是不免学费的吗？
刚刚查了下一年的学费大概在15k，想问一下大家在金村一年的开销需要多少啊？
我现在开始办理加拿大签证，找房子的话来得及吗?
