懒人报一个Duke的MS的AD,顺便有问题求教............

大早醒来，收到邮件说可以去applyyourself查结果了，然后就是这个AD。
请教各位大大，为啥信里没提 寄送财产证明以获得I-20的相关说明呢？是因为最终的相关费用还未出台吗？(All tuition rates are pending final approval of Duke's Board of Trustees and will be posed on the Graduate School website when finalized)

申Duke本来是为了看蓝魔............结果今年march madness一上来就被Lehigh掀了.........反倒是另一个给我AD的NCSU成了今年最大的黑马.............{:4_105:}
