收到了普渡的RA offer, offer上写的是I-9签证表格，如下：
This offer is also contingent upon your eligibility to work in the United States. Prior to your first day of work, you must first complete Section 1 of the U.S. Citizenship and Immigration Services Form I-9, Employment Eligibility Verification.
这个是正常的吗？以前见大家出国都是I-20。这个要怎么办呢？和一般的I20在签证办理的过程有什么区别呢？
