8.28 CAP-GAP过期后直到H-1B approve才能工作

现在在用CAP-GAP工作，没有OPT-extension. 今天发邮件问了律师， 如果9.30号H-1B还没消息，就要暂停工作但可以留在美国境内。等到收到正式approval再工作。好消息是，还是有人在陆续收到approval通知的 {:4_107:}{:4_86:}

”We have just started to see H-1B approvals begin to trickle in over the last week or so, and we will let you know as soon as we hear from USCIS on your case.
[align="left"]Cap gap is valid through September 30 only, and cannot be extended. If USCIS has not approved your H-1B petition by then, you will have to stop working October 1st, but you will be allowed to remain in the United States (without working) until USCIS adjudicates the petition."[/align]
