急问今年申Tandon的大佬们，今年申请不需要CDGDC了？

今年Tandonengineering.nyu.edu是这样写的

Admitted students who have previously attended Universities in China must submit verification of academic records and degrees through the China Academic Degrees and Graduate Education Development Center (CDGDC). Students who fail to submit all required CDGDC documentation will be unable to enroll in courses. As CDGDC is closed for a period over the summer, applicants are encouraged to submit CDGDC verification as soon as possible.

Transcripts from Chinese institutions*:
ALL transcripts for all studies from Chinese universities must be verified and sent to us directly by (and only by) the China Academic Degrees and Graduate Education Development Center (CDGDC). Request that your institution send a transcript to CDGDC for verification and forwarding to NYU Engineering. Note that transcripts that are not in English are subject to the guidelines below (“Transcripts not in English from any country”)
All Graduation Certificates and Degree Certificates earned at the time of application must be included.

所以说今年只有录取了才需要认证吗？但是网申后发给我NetID的邮件里是这样写的

In the coming weeks, your application will be matched with your supporting credentials. This process may take several weeks. If you have not already arranged to have official transcripts and any required test scores forwarded to us, please do so immediately. In the interim, you can check the status of your application online. Before you can review the status of your application, you must take the following steps:

也就是说Deadline前还是要寄official transcripts，然后如果admitted了就还要CDGDC认证？寄两份？！问了小秘，还没收到回复，求大佬们指点迷津。。。

还有，用NetID注册NYUHome之后，进入Academic->Albert->Application Status，可以看到一条申请记录，点开下面的按钮出来这么一个表格


这是在说我这些东西都没提交？是不是材料齐了的时候应该前面全有√才对？

刚才又发现一件鬼畜的事，登录回申请系统查看推荐信状态，显示邮件已经发给两个推荐人了，然而老师到现在也没把邮件转给我。Tandon是前天晚上申的，昨天申的三所学校邮件老师都已经转给我了，说明老师也没收到...

今天再去看，GRE成绩、CV和SoP已经显示Completed了，Official College Transcript还是Requested，两个推荐人邮件依然没收到，看来成绩单要寄的，邮件也得重发一次了
