在Umich的application fee waivers里面
有一个Fee Waiver Provided by School or Organization，具体信息如下：
If you received an approved fee waiver code and instructions from one of the following schools or organizations listed below, you will be required to provide the fee waiver code in the Additional Information section of the application.
College of Engineering – Ph.D. program waiver for COE-PHD codes (Waivers require pre-approval from the College of Engineering)
想问这个code要怎么获得呀？跟我有关系吗？我第一眼看到以为是想用一个申请费申请两个项目的人可以去要这个code，后来发现好像不是？。。。
有好心人可以帮忙解答一下么？Umich能用一个申请费申请两个项目吗？
