h1b身份找新工作，请问网上申请如何回答work authorization

Will you now or in the future require sponsorship for employment visa status (e.g., F1, OPT, H-1B visa status, etc.)?
现在的身份是h1b, 这个问题让我很困惑到底该写yes还是no。 写no好像又不太对，因为h1b transfer 什么还是需要被sponsor，写yes好像也感觉不太对。

求小伙伴们指点！
