申了保底的。。马里兰的这个项目挺鸡肋，US没有排名不代表不好，是在数学系下的，是research-based的哦！课程设置非常理论，要写thesis。读博的机会很大。
而且据说assitantship毕竟容易，中国人也相对少一点，地理位置也不错，在D.C附近，如果找工作Stat也还可以。
