jhu cs phd 美本能waive掉托福吗？ cs department 网上写的“All non-native English speakers MUST take the TOEFL exam or IELTS. Neither the TWE nor the TSE is required, but is recommended.” 但是jhu graduate admission 官网上又说美本能waive。。 发邮件问了也没人回， 有有经验的同学回答一下吗，感谢~
