UWM推荐信邮件发不出去

网申18fall的ME，申请都提交了，推荐信邮件死活发不出去。
收到系统发来的邮件说：
Dear XXX,
Your recommendation request to XXX for your application to the UW-Madison Graduate School has resulted in a Mail Delivery Failure notice. Please log into apply.grad.wisc.edu, delete the existing request, and re-request from a valid email.

邮件地址都是正确的，可是已经反复删除添加三次了，还是这样。有没有遇到这种问题的？应该怎么解决？
