关于石溪和ASU的截止日期

请问大家，ASU CS的截止日期是什么时间啊，在网站上找了好久也没有找到，发邮件给小蜜没有消息，请问如果是12/1日截止现在申请来的及么，成绩单需要邮寄过去，可能会晚一些，ASU会通融么？石溪CS的截止日期也是12/1日，但是因为文书，现在才准备申请，现在托福送分还来的急么，看到网站上说：
The application deadline has passed. Can I still apply for admission?
Applications submitted in ApplyYourself prior to midnight of the application deadline will receive full consideration for admission. International student applications submitted to ApplyYourself after the posted deadline WILL NOT be considered due to the additional paperwork and processing required. PhD and domestic applications submitted in ApplyYourself after the posted deadline will be accepted but ARE NOT guaranteed to be reviewed. PhD applications received after the deadlines may not receive full consideration, especially for financial support.
这是不是意味着托福送分在截止日期之后就不会被考虑了呢？
