地里有人申请了Penn State的EE吗，申请里面有些问题不是太确定1，I have partial funding for my graduate education. (YES or NO)
2, I have full funding for my graduate education. (YES or NO)
3, I would like to be considered for financial support in the form of an assistantship or fellowship from Penn State University. (YES or NO)
4, I must have financial support from Penn State University to attend graduate school. (YES or NO)
还有PSU一定要自己算个GPA，然后再换算一下，但是感觉换算成PSU的GPA好低啊，90/100最后才3.5，不知道中间有没有什么问题？
