UCSD成绩单要求

UCSD的网申系统里上传成绩单那页有这么一句话：If this institution is located outside of the United States, please be sure to upload a copy of the institutional grading scale/system/legend along with the transcript.
这是什么东西啊？没听说学校还有这玩意儿啊。。。
