关于网申系统中的Financial Info填写请教

最近在网申UCSB~然后里面有一块Financial Information:
If you have available personal funds that you are willing to use to fund your graduate study, please provide the dollar amount.
因为我是申请PhD, TA RA , 所以就填了 0.00 ，还选了entirety of program
有前辈指点下可以这么填吗~~
