请问Umich查进度的网站验证不过去怎么办？

RT今天收到了邮件说Rackham Graduate School已收到申请了，然后让我创建U-M friend account之后登录进去查状态。
登录之后点New and Prospective Student Business还有一个Identity Verification，结果怎么也通不过：
Identification incorrect. Access to New and Prospective Student Business will be locked after 3 attempts. Please double-check your information and try again.
问题是他这个只有U-M ID和生日两个空，U-M ID我直接复制的，生日我也检查了一遍申请系统，并没有问题，两个账户的邮箱都用的同一个。
有遇到同样问题的人吗？
