请问UMD显示Your application is incomplete到底怎么办？

先收到一封邮件说You should not be alarmed if your application indicates that it is "Incomplete"
然后过两天又一封邮件说 ：
Though you may have fulfilled all of the requirements for the Graduate School’s application, and your status in your dashboard is ‘Complete’, your admissions file may still be considered incomplete by your program/department. If you find yourself in this situation, please contact your department/program directly.
到底咋办，联系还是不联系？
