ASU 申请求助

ASU网申里面需要填写百分制GPA，学校给的计算方法是：In the 100 Percent (100 point) system, the undergraduate GPA is determined by adding all earned marks for all semesters, dividing that number by the total number of points possible and multiplying by 100.

ASU的意思是把所有分数加起来，取算数平均吗? 最后的乘以100是什么意思。。。
