UW cs Phd 申请status会变成complete吗

12.15deadline，可是到现在还是下面这个样子：
Application Status: Submitted & Paid 12/15/2017 - We have received your application and payment of $85. Your application will be reviewed by the graduate program to which you applied and they will send you notification of their decision by email or postal mail.
因为现在是在读master，之前问了小蜜说可以waive掉toefl，就没提交toefl成绩，现在看application status依旧不是complete，可是所有材料都收到了，有点担心是不是因为没有toefl成绩的缘故。
请问大家的status有没有变呢？
