3st ad from scu

刚收到tufts拒信，就查了查相同申请系统的学校，发现scu状态更新了

但还没有发邮件啥的

顺带问下还没收到邮件，录取中有：
To guarantee a place in the program you must respond to this offer within 21 days from the date of this letter.
这句话好像要求我先点下面的accept按钮？点了后还能反悔吗
