在发现可以waive的情况下已经将一般的托福成绩免费report了，怎么办？

对的，就是neu。突然发现官网mscs项目下面多了一行免托条件。
刚刚收到邮件小秘书已经帮我waive，申请状态也complete了。然而1.6号考的托福不理想，且作为free report寄出了。应该是不能取消的。好烦呐，有木有人遇到过类似的情况。。。学校会把不太好的成绩纳入申请者的能力考量里吗？

补个小秘回复的免托要求。
The TOEFL or the IELTS is required of ALL international students. The only circumstances under which it is not required is for US citizens, or international students who received a bachelor's or doctoral degree from an English-speaking institution, in an English-speaking country. Unfortunately, masters degrees do not qualify.
