H1b approval notice没收到, 申请重新发一份拿到的i797还是一样的吗?

BAL Global律所去年底搬了office, 但是他们没更新case的地址.
然后approval notice就被直接返回了uscis. 现在只有重新发一份.
因为楼主已经签了offer急着跳槽,
那么问题来了,
1. 重新发一份和之前的还是一样的吗 (notice date和有效期).
2. transfer需要两个paystubs. 是从i797上面开始日期开始算的两个paystubs吗? 还是从公司收到i797开始算的?
3. 重新发一份要多久

On January 23, 2018, the Post Office returned a notice we sent you for your Form I-129, Petition for a Nonimmigrant Worker, Receipt Number EAC17149xxxx, because they could not deliver it.
