收到了UW MHCI 面试通知

前几天收到了UW的MHCI 的面试通知，“MHCI is launching a pilot program for admission interviews for this 2018 cycle.
We would like to invite you to do an interview with one of our team members.
While this is not mandatory, the interview is strongly preferred and highly recommended. ”
还说了“For this interview there is nothing for you to prepare in advance. ”
但怎么可能真的不准备=。=想问一下各位往年有这一项吗？以及要提前准备些什么？（已经有一段时间不摸英语了。。觉得都要听不懂面试官的问题了。超慌。
