Emory CS PHD降为MS with tuition assistantship

The Graduate Committee has reviewed your application to the Computer Science and Informatics Ph.D. program. While we are currently unable to offer you admission into the program, the committee does recommend accepting you into the MS program in Computer Science, with tuition assistantship in the amount to be determined by the Graduate School.
