求问 UFL 的托福GRE 缺失

申请的是 UFL 的 EE， 15连据了伤不起啊！！！！！
问了情况，说是

You have been tentatively accepted at the department level. However, we
cannot admit you officially because the Office of Admissions does not
have your GRE or TOEFL test scores. Please see Step #3 on our
application admissions instruction page:
ece.ufl.edu

里面查不到状态，我11月就寄送了托福GRE 啊 有同学碰到类似的问题么？ 如何解决的呢？
