楼主记录一下跟WES怼的过程。
1. 怼毕业设计为啥变成了1学分

Dear WES他爹,

This is in response to your recent letter received on February 14, 2018, requesting an explanation of our method for calculating the grade point average listed on your report.

The final GPA as calculated in the evaluation report is different with the GPA at 某大学 because quality points corresponding to grades awarded at the institution in China differ from the quality points awarded to grades in the United States. Please consult the back side of the evaluation report for a description of "Grades and Grade Point Average" in the US.

Also, In the United States, credits are defined as "contact time with an instructor over the course of a semester". 4 credits are the standard credits allowed for an undergraduate thesis in a semester since it entails 72 hours supervision of the professor.

We would like to stress that World Education Services expresses a judgment on education completed outside the United States. As an advisory opinion, it is not binding upon any institution, organization or individual perusing the report.

In conclusion, no changes are warranted on the evaluation report completed on February 08, 2018.

2. 怼校企实习为啥变成了1学分

Thank you for contacting us with your concerns.

We have reviewed and updated your evaluation report. In theUnited States, one credit is alloted for 3 teaching hours per week of lab or practice course A revised evaluation report will be issued to you and any recipients you had requested.
