cs phd @ purdue

请问大家这是TA还是RA呢：
We are offering you a graduate assistantship with benefits for the first four academic years of your graduate study in Computer Science at Purdue provided you meet the conditions for continued funding stated below. Your duties under the assistantship will involve teaching, grading, course administration or other related activities unless a research assignment becomes available.
因为initial advisor方向不是很想做，虽然说可以换导师，但不知道换导师的实际可能性（感觉给的是RA的话不知道能不能找到其他愿意给钱的导师。。）
continued funding 要求第一学期toefl speaking过27，现在只有22感觉有点难。。
