[align="left"]Several PhD Positions are open now for Fall 2018 at the University of Texas at Arlington, Center on Stochastic Modeling, Optimization, & Statistics (COSMOS), at the Department of Industrial, Manufacturing, & Systems Engineering (IMSE). The selected candidates will work with Dr. Shouyi Wang with full financial support. The research areas will be focused on Data Sciences, Machine Learning, Deep Learning & Artificial Intelligence Technologies, and biomedical & Healthcare Informatics. Dr. Wang’s current research collaborators include Apple, Foxconn International, Facebook/Oculus, and IBM. [/align]

As of 2015 Spring, the IMSE department at UTA has 48 PhD students and more than 400 master students.
