CMU ECE给我发了WL? 为什么感觉这么神奇……

一个多月以前收到了CMU一封题为“Interested in ECE MS/MBA?”的邮件，意思就是问我对这个项目有没有兴趣，介绍M.S.ECE/MBA Double Gedree Program这个项目，说general ECE的项目竞争激烈，并说"we feel you may be a strong candidate for a joint program"
当时我不知道这个是广告性质，还是因为我不够ece的项目而给我推荐这个，就发帖问了，但是没什么回响，感觉大家都没收到。。。这是当时的帖子：

因为并不想去，我当时就没有回。刚才又收到关于这个的邮件，直接贴出来：

As we did not hear a positive or negative response from you, the Admissions Committee reviewed your application and would like to pass it on to the University of Porto for their review.
