Feb. 23rd UT Austin MS+PhD AD

2月23号，晚上，做饭的时候收到来自 Austin Tx的电话！飞奔去了房间接了电话！
然后 Prof. David Pan说review了我的case，要给我admission。
“I am pleased to inform that I have recommended to the Dean of Graduate Studies that you be admitted into our program for the Fall 2018 semester to pursue a Master’s degree (to be followed by a PhD) in the ICS Track of ECE.“ 但是并没有提钱的事情。
有没有前辈知道，这到底是什么情况，难道是自费phd？
之后过了三天来了正式的offer，上面也没提钱。

3月2号去Austin Site Visit，有没有战友也刚好是那天去的～～～
