CS PhD@UFL waiting list?

在收到几封据信后，实在等不住了，就挨个发信去问剩下的学校。。哎，目前无一offer。。
收到了UFL这样的回信：
You are not ranked among the top pool.
We have to wait for the responses from the current offering.

是说我被列在waiting list上了吧？是的话，该怎么争取？
