一天两封拒信，Waterloo&UT，求助一封邮件的意思。。

申的统计，上周UT状态变decision made，今天收到UT的平信拒信了，
3号寄出来的，12号到的，真快。。。
Waterloo直接可以上quest查了。。deny
杯具了，一天看见俩拒信。。加上前两天的McGill，一周三个。。。神
PS：昨晚收到了western Ontario 的邮件：
The Graduate Affairs Committee in the Department of Statistical and Actuarial Sciences at the University of Western Ontario has reviewed your application file; you are a well-qualified applicant and we would very much like to have you in our program. Unfortunately, we do not have the necessary funding to admit all qualified and interested applicants.
The Department has the capacity to admit a limited number of unfunded students. If you are interested in an offer of admission and have sufficient funds to cover your tuition and living expenses during your time in Canada, you are invited to join the wait list for one of these positions. You have the option to either accept or decline this invitation but your decision is requested by March 19, 2010. In order to help you arrive at a decision, the approximate costs for tuition and living expenses are provided below.
The Graduate Affairs Committee understands how difficult waiting can be and will begin making offers of admission immediately from the wait list, until the available unfunded spaces have been filled.
同意的话拿AD的可能性大吗？我到现在除了拒信，一个AD都没有。。崩溃了
它ms给号几个背景差不多的都发了这个，这学校缺钱了吗。。
