请问还有申罗村的朋友收到免申请费的邮件了吗？

我之前用邮箱注册过罗村Graduate school，但是没有提申请，然后刚收到罗村的一封邮件，大意是在3月15号到4月7号之前提交申请可以免去申请费，免去GRE成绩，并保证在4月28号前收到录取，然后下面列了一些可申项目，有的还都是挺热门的专业，CS啊DS啊啥的……
我看到就很懵，研究过邮箱后缀还有里面的链接，确认不是诈骗邮件，的确是罗村的Graduate School发的。
所以想请问下还有没有别的朋友也收到这封邮件了？这到底为啥的，这些项目找不到人了吗{:9_292:}
