emmmm申了PhD本来以为还是有希望的，结果昨天突然发现申请系统里变成了Professional MS - Power Electronics了。。。。你说说你降录好歹降成个Traditional MS啊，降成Professional的没有thesis怎么和别人竞争申PhD啊摔。。orz
然而信里面是这样写的：
We are aware of your intentions to enroll as a Ph.D. student. The admissions faculty feelthat completing the MS degree would be an excellent step in that direction. Upon nearing completionof your MS degree in our department, you will have an opportunity to apply for Ph.D. degree.
不得不承认是学院派灯塔，但是这样一搞本来想自己等Boulder的offer来了再拒掉的，感觉被先下手为强了哈哈哈
