I797C名字写错了。。。

3/16收到I797C receipt notice，发现名字打错了。。。。当天给customer service 打电话file a service request。现在在My USCIS上能看到request status是currently not assigned for processing。
各位有改过I797名字的吗？大约多久会处理？处理完还会给寄一封信的I797吗？谢谢！
