请问怎么理解这个case inquiry data... 是说收件 或RFE收件在Oct.30.2017的申请人, 从今天算需要等3.5 - 5.5个月有可能获批吗？ VSC那个March 11, 2017, 10-13个月岂不是要等到明年这时候...？
