后边一大堆链接就不粘过来了，反正我的眼睛里只有这句话：Congratulations on the approval of your Optional Practical Training (OPT)，但是egov.uscis.gov还是万年的we received your XXXXX...

请问这邮件有什么特别含义吗？我怎么看别人都是先under review, 然后approve，然后mailed什么什么的。
发件人是1point3acres.com。

2017.12.15 左右mail材料之类的
2017.12.26 USCIS received材料
2018.1月 收到I-797C letter
2018.3月初 给USCIS打电话，说我有offer letter了，赶紧批，对方说帮标注成加急，但无法保证什么。此后无任何follow up。
2018.3月中 给议员发传真求助，附上了Offer Letter，然而并没有任何回复。
2018.4.1 上网查65XXX号段开始往前都差不多mail卡了，65XXX号段往后都是received。但是事实证明online status特别延迟，我连under review状态都没见过，就approve了。所以和我号段间距1万个小朋友中，肯定有很多都是approve的状态，只不过他们还不知道。
2018.4.2 白天收到上边的email，晚上收到mail I-797 Notice of action内容是approve了并标注了开始和结束时间。
