请教关于自己名下存款证明的问题

想请教一下，如果存款证明是在自己账户名下的，是不是就不用写 Affidavit of Support for Financial Sponsor 了呢？
还有就是这种情况下Cover第二年学费的future plan该怎么写呢？

要求是这样的，但是感觉是不是不适用于personal funds？难道需要直接把第二年的也费用也开出证明么？
An acceptable plan for covering future expenses includes
1) A signed letter explaining specific personal funds to be used
2) A financial sponsor indicating future support on the affidavit of support.
