我套的是新加坡国立的教授，我把CV发过去后，他这么回的：

I would like to encourage you to submit your application online by the end of October. 然后他说你申请的时候可以填上我作为你的potential supervisor，课题填上某某某。而且说 Looking forward to working with you in Singapore. 、
