非常感谢1point3acres.com 同学帮忙refer！refer的邮件刚发过去不久，director就来通知我有offer了。这个项目因为对网申系统的依赖程度较低，有问题都是直接邮件联系director，而且director也很负责、查邮件很及时，所以我觉得refer了一下可能多少还是起到了一些作用。再次感谢！～
这批录取要求4.25以前决定，5.2之前通过支票交deposit。
邮件沟通中我也问了director几个问题，可能也是地里小伙伴们会关心的，这里摘录他的回复如下，供参考～
1、关于CPT和OPT
The MSP qualifies for STEM-extended OPT. Because our students obtain a Master’s degree in two semesters, CPT does not apply.
2、关于选课，能否选其他学院自己感兴趣的课？
The MSP curriculum is 5 defined courses each semester, and students cannot take courses outside of the Statistics Department. We expect that one course in the first semester will offer a choice (between Statistical Finance and Statistics over Space & Time). In the second semester, students who have already had a good Data Mining course can choose a different course within the Statistics Department. Occasionally a student interested in a PhD will overload with an extra theory course in the Department.
3、感觉一年的项目有点短，怕没有summer intern不好找工作诶，可以延长时间吗？
All students complete the degree in two semesters. Last year two students went on to PhDs and the other 24 all got jobs. Two of the 22 chose to take a summer internship before transitioning to a full time job.
