415后的WL 还可以改春季 有戏吗~~？

居然这种时候刷出来Uva的WL~~但是貌似今年MSE申他家的好少，不知道别人什么状态...这种时候估计很少有positions的吧~？但是等春季的话也不一定会有。如果先出去，等春季如果给AD的话可以transfer或者quit之前的学校吗？
我申的MS，但是是thesis based...大家出出主意了...
We have been very carefully considering all possibilities regarding openings
for this Fall. Because of your strong academic background and excellent
records, we have kept your application active in hopes that an available
research position could be secured. Your patience has been appreciated.
Unfortunately, at this time the department still cannot be certain that
funding will be available for Fall of 2010.
Therefore, we would like to present you with two options as there may be
additional positions that arise.
First, we would gladly keep your application open on the waiting list.
While on the waiting list, we would notify you within the next four weeks if
any openings arose. Second, if you wish to defer your application for
reconsideration to start in spring, we would move your application forward
without any cost to you or any other materials needing to be submitted. We
do not have an open Spring admissions period, but on a case-by-case basis,
we choose selected students to be considered for openings in the Spring. If
this possibility is interesting to you, I will notify the Graduate Studies
Office who will move your application forward to Spring. This would not
guarantee you admissions for Spring of 2011, but would allow time for
funding and available positions within the department to open up that are at
present limited for this fall. If you choose this option, we would notify
you of a decision regarding admission for Spring by the 15th of August in
order to allow time for preparations and VISA processing. Please let me know
if this is a possibility in which you would be interested.
We understand that you may not be in a position where it is possible for you
to entertain either of the above options. You patience though the
