在国外首签F1的话country of residence写哪个

lz现在在加拿大读书所以想在加拿大首签F1，填DS160时发现各种问我的country of residence，签证地点是不是your place of principal of residence，请问这种我应该填中国还是加拿大呢？
我以前在加拿大办过美签B2，现在办F1时DS160里问Are you applying in the same country or location where the visa above was issued, and is this country or location your place of principal of residence? 我会在加拿大另一个城市（不是签B2的城市）办F1，那么这两个问题我是该回答yes还是no呢？
