关于conditions on your offer of admission

小弟这阵子才收到来自加拿大的graduate offer，算是救命稻草了。
仔细看了一下offer letter，对“conditions on your offer of admission”这部分有一点不解。

1. your admission is contingent upon completion of your Honours degree with a minimum B+ average over the final tow years of study......
这里的Honours degree是什么？是得到了B+就能拿到的degree，还是什么优秀本科毕业生荣誉之类的吗？

2. Your admission is condition upon receipt of your degree certificate confirming that your degree has been conferred.... Your admission is conditional upon receipt of all official transcript of your academic work, forwarded directly from each institution attended
我需要把我的成绩寄给校方吗，还是可以开学以后带去？

以及，成绩单啊学位啊blabla证明是不是都要公证才能办学签？

诚求诸位大佬指点迷津。
