AD from BU CS 19Spring

申的是18Fall 今天凌晨BU发来的邮件说18Fall坑满了但可以给我19Spring的admission 让我尽快回复，但又没有具体的ddl，然后也没有正式的decision letter，感觉很迷。
我之前接了brandeis的9-course CS的AD，本来想如果BU的来了就反悔的，但给的Spring term就有点纠结，想顺便问下spring term入学的具体缺点是怎样的。
邮件全文：
[align="left"]Thank you for your application to the MS in Computer Science within the Graduate School of Arts and Sciences. Admission into our programs is competitive, and class size is limited. For this reason, we are unable to offer you a seat in the Fall 2018 class. We would, however, like to offer you admission to start the program in Spring 2019. You have been selected from among a large number of applicants based on the strength of your academic record. Congratulations![/align]
[align="left"]Please respond to our offer of admission via email to the Graduate Admissions Office at 1point3acres.com as soon as possible. As we get closer to the Spring semester, you will receive a "Welcome Email," which will contain important information to assist you in the transition to your graduate program here at Boston University. Please be advised that you may not register for classes until all official transcripts have been received by the Admissions Office. For international students, the Admissions Office will not begin the visa documentation process until you have officially accepted the offer. [/align]
