求助！H1b myuscis上的状态更新好奇怪 好慌！

在uscis官网上 查不到自己的receipt状态 所以开了myuscis 上周突然收到了状态更新提醒 然后就出现了这个状况
The U.S. Postal Service could not deliver your document
You need to request that we resend the document to you and provide your current mailing address
If you want your Certificate of Citizenship or Certificate of Naturalization, you must submit a case inquiry and select that you did not receive your document by mail.
If we do not hear from you by November 20, 2018, we will destroy the document.
然后case的status经历了三个步骤
04/20/2018 we received your case
05/24/2018 we mailed your document to you
05/24/2018 The U.S. Postal Service could not deliver your document
这个document到底是什么东西啊 有人收到过这个状态 或者收到这个document的么？
里面是什么内容 需不需要再inquiry一下？
会不会影响我的case啊。。。好慌
