PhD Openings at SUNY Buffalo

Three fully-funded (TA/RA) Ph.D. positions are available in the Wireless Intelligent Networking
and Security (WINGS) Lab at The State University of New York at Buffalo (SUNY Buffalo).
Candidates are expected to start in the Fall 2018, Spring or Fall 2019 semesters. The candidates
will conduct theoretical and experimental research in software-defined networking, spectrum
sharing, and fog computing in next-generation wireless networks. Qualified candidates should
have or expect to obtain an M.S. degree in Electrical Engineering, Computer Engineering, or
closely related disciplines. Self-motivated candidates with strong background in wireless
communication and networking, optimization and machine learning, or software-defined radio are
