OPT Ext要求做final STEM training evaluation

Po主现在是OPT Ext的第一年，EAD卡上时间是10/01/2017-09/30/2019。从OPT开设，一直为现在雇主工作，没有换工作。

因为前段时间被学校要求注册SEVP， 然后在昨天收到一份邮件要求完成final STEM training evaluation，邮件如下：“
Student Name: xxxx xxxx
Type of OPT: STEM OPT

Employer EIN: xxxxx
Employer name: xxxx
New employment end date:

As a student on STEM OPT, you are required to complete a final evaluation for your STEM training. Work with your employer to complete the final evaluation section of the Form I-983. Your DSO must receive the completed evaluation within 10 days after you stop working for your employer.

If you did not make this change in the SEVP Portal or you did not ask your Designated School Official (DSO) to make this change in SEVIS, contact your DSO immediately.
