【求助】收到b家这样的邮件是凉了吗

上周五面了B家在伦敦的职位，今天收到这样一封邮件：

我知道面的不太好，但是收到这样的邮件不知道是什么意思，是不是婉拒

[align="left"]We have had a record number of applications this year and have filled nearly all of the spots on our Graduate Programme! Unfortunately this means that we will not be able to proceed with your application at this time.[/align]
[align="left"]We received excellent feedback regarding your telephone interview and would have proceeded you to the next stage had we not filled all of the positions.[/align]
[align="left"]We appreciate that this news will be disappointing. However we will be in touch as soon as our 2019 role opens in September and you will proceed straight to the second stage of interviews.[/align]
[align="left"]We are sorry that we were not able to meet you this year but look forward to hopefully meeting with you in the future![/align]

拒的真的很明显嘛。。。其实我就是想知道“you will proceed straight to the second stage of interviews”这个是啥意思~以前收拒信都不会有这种说明的嘛，因为被拒的话以后也不会proceed straight 吧
