楼主5.17在成都check，前几天发了封邮件问签证情况，收到如下答复：

A check of the records at the U.S. Consulate General in Chengdu indicates that your visa application is refused for administrative processing. Your application will be reconsidered when administrative processing is complete. We appreciate your patience. If you would like to check your visa status, please visit: xxxx
If your visa has been approved and issued, you can visit xxxx to track your passport return service.

有点没懂的是，refused了为什么又说will be reconsidered when administrative processing is complete，和If you would like to check your visa statu。有人收到过类似邮件吗，求解释下
