H1B RFE APPROVED

H1B， 小公司，Software Engineer，错过了第一次抽签机会，这是第二次机会，期间各种怀疑，是不是自己出了错， 律师出了错，公司资质等等，拿到RFE后更是惶恐， 但最后很快被APPROVED了。RFE只有一项内容， Maintaining Status---Approval Notice , 当时分析的原因是楼主申请H1B的时候 STEM OPT 还是pending 的状态， 所以补充了各种资料和STEM OPT approval notice之后过了数天被APPROVE了。。。
